How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $75 in the USA ship for free via FedEx, USPS Priority or First Class and are fully tracked, all orders under $75 ship whichever option you decide at checkout. 

International orders over $75 ship for free via USPS First Class, excluding Australia and New Zealand, and are fully tracked. 

You have an option to choose a different faster shipping method, outside of our free shipping option, at checkout however you will be responsible for the cost. Shipping rate is dependent on item size and weight of your order.

Please note, USPS First Class orders that ship internationally can take between 10-30 days to arrive. For better delivery times please choose DHL or Fed Ex.

When will my order ship?

Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! All orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 48 business hours to process before shipping. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed by our warehouse the following business day. Please note that order processing time may increase during peak times throughout the year. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Domestic orders within the United States generally take 2-7 days to deliver from your order ship date. International orders generally deliver within 10-30 day from your order ship date if you choose free shipping or 5-10 days if you choose DHL or FedEx. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International rates & delivery times vary depending on your shipping service of choice and additional taxes and duties may be charged by customs in your delivery country.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.

Lost package?

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

Please note we cannot replace lost packages sent overseas. DHL and FedEx provide insurance up to $100 on all orders.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

Yes! But this is very important: Please choose a USPS shipping option at checkout if your order is going to a PO Box. FedEx and DHL are unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time and requires a valid street address for delivery.

Taxes & Duties

Why am I being charged international duties and/or taxes?

International shipments are sometimes subject to special duties and fees that vary by country. At this time, we’re unable to collect payment for international duties and fees at checkout, so you may be required to pay them separately when your order is cleared through customs. We know this is not ideal, and are actively working to provide a better experience for our international customers. Should you choose not to pay or pick up your package, it will be returned to us which can take several weeks. Once the item is received and checked back into our system we will issue a refund.
