How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Orders over $150 ship for free within the USA via USPS Priority, USPS Ground Advantage, DHL or FedEx, all orders under $150 ship whichever option you decide at checkout.

Orders over $150 ship for free to locations outside of the United States via USPS First Class with full tracking.

You have an option to choose a different shipping method, outside of our free shipping option, at checkout however you will be responsible for the cost. Shipping rate is dependent on item size and weight of your order.

When Will My Order Ship?

Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! All orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 48 business hours to process before shipping. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed by our warehouse the following business day. How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

Domestic orders within the United States generally take 2-7 days to deliver from your order ship date. International orders generally deliver within 10-30days from your order ship date however international order can take longer.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International rates & delivery times vary depending on your shipping service of choice and additional taxes and duties that may be charged by Customs.

What's Your Return/Exchange Policy on Sale Items?

All items may be returned for a full refund (minus our flat return shipping fee of $6.50), exclusive of shipping costs, within 30 days of purchase excluding final sale items. Read our full Return Policy here.

My Package was Lost or Stolen, What Can I Do?

From time to time, packages are lost in shipping from our warehouse to our customers. This is why we've added an additional service called Order Protection, which can be added to your order at checkout for a small fee. Order Protection protects you against loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items, and missing items. To file a lost package claim please email us or file a claim here.

Please note, without purchasing Order Protection, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Can I Change an Order After I've Placed It?

We are unable to cancel or edit orders once they have been placed. Please message us if you have issues with your order at: hello@yuasastudios.com as soon as possible!

We are unable to add items or adjust quantities on orders that have already been placed.

Can I Shop YUASA Menswear at Any Retail Stores?

YUASA is available at select retailers within the United States. Please see a list of our stockists here.

Do You Save Payment Details?

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

Promotions & Coupons?

To use a promo code, add all desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to the Checkout page. Enter the code in the provided “Gift card or discount code” box in your cart and click “Apply”! Only one promo code can be applied per order.
