We offer free returns, refunds, and exchanges on all products ordered excluding final sale items to our USA customers. For our international customers, we are happy to exchange or refund your order however kindly ask you pay the return shipping.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, the item(s) can be returned within 30 days of delivery of your order for a refund (excluding final sale items) or exchange. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days (not including holidays or weekends) of receipt of returned products. We can only accept product returns in a new, unused, and unwashed condition.
Kindly try on all swimwear over your own undergarments.
All items marked "Final Sale" are final sale and nonrefundable.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed, and with all YUASA tags still attached.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by YUASA in its sole discretion, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items sent back without attached tags will not be accepted under any circumstance.
YUASA Underwear Return Policy
Try our Fit Guarantee - If the underwear or boxers you purchased do not fit please message us and we will send you the correct size at no extra charge. Offer only applicable to one pair of underwear.
Underwear must be returned in it's packaging, we cannot accept underwear which as been tried on for any reason due to hygiene purposes.
Wholesale Retail Account Returns
Please note we do not accept returns of product purchased at retailers selling YUASA and encourage you to reach out to the store directly for help.
Arranging A Return
To arrange a return please click here with your account information, order number, product information, reason for return, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. We will reply to document your return or exchange and send you a paid return label (USA Only).
Lost or Stolen Package
From time to time, packages are lost in shipping from our warehouse to our customers. This is why we've added an additional service called Order Protection, which can be added to your order at checkout for a small fee. Order Protection protects you against loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items, and missing items. To file a lost package claim please email us or file a claim here.
Refunds will be confirmed via email. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
